            The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page two, section (a), line four, after the word “dangers” by changing the period to a comma and inserting the following language: “except when such dangerous condition constituted a violation of an applicable statute or ordinance intended for the protection of public safety and such violation was a direct and proximate cause of such injured person’s injuries.”
